Why did you change from Cadena to Raena Stones?

A massive corporate brand said we couldn't use "Cadena" anymore. But honestly? Raena Stones feels like the name we were always meant to have. Sometimes the universe pushes you in the right direction!

Can I really wear it swimming and showering?

Yes! Our jewellery is 100% sweat and waterproof, heat resistant, 10 x stronger than gold-plated jewellery and perfume/lotion safe.

We use the highest grade 316L stainless steel which is a highly durable, recyclable metal. Its properties mean that it does not oxidise or rust, is hypoallergenic, doesn't scratch easily and will not tarnish.

What materials are used in your jewelry?

We use high-quality 14K gold plating over stainless steel with natural gemstones, aka the best combo for durable, long-lasting jewelry that won’t rust or fade.

Will it turn my skin green?

Absolutely not. Our jewelry is completely nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making it perfect for sensitive skin.

Can I return my Cadena Jewellery?

Yes of course. We want you to be completely happy with your new jewellery. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any items you may return them to us within 60 days of receiving your order. Including earrings if unworn.

How does your jewelry compare to fine jewelry or other brands?

Do your pieces contain nickel?

No all of our jewellery are Hypoallergenic and completely nickel free.

I have very highly acidic skin, will it tarnish?

No it will still not show any signs of tarnishing as we only use hypoallergenic metals which are less reactive to skin chemistry.
