How much is delivery?
Free on orders over £75 (UK) / $100 (US & International).
Under that:
- UK: £2.99
- US: $4.99
- Rest of World: £4.99
How long does shipping take?
UK: 1-3 business days
US: 2-5 business days
International: 5-7 business days
We ship same day on most orders. You'll get tracking the moment it leaves.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Worldwide. Duties and taxes are included at checkout so no surprise fees on delivery.
The only exception is Canada, where additional charges may apply. We're working on fixing this.
Will there be customer and duties for international shipping?
All international orders include duties and taxes at checkout, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery. Apart from for Canada.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes we do. Options and prices shown at checkout.
Do I need to be in for my delivery?
No. Everything fits through your letterbox.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
60 days to decide. Don't love it? Send it back for a full refund.
- Item must be unworn with original packaging
- Free returns for UK & US
- International returns: you cover shipping
Earrings and pierced jewellery can only be returned if unworn.
Goods remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive them back. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss of items in the post.
Free gifts included with your order are not eligible for exchange. If you return your order, any free gifts received must be returned along with it.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To submit a return/exchange please click here or email us at hello@raenastones.com with your order number. We'll guide you through it.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process the return and issue your refund. Please allow 5 - 7 working days for us to process your return and issue your refund.
Can I return an order with free gifts?
If you return your order, the free gift must be returned too. Free gifts can't be exchanged or refunded separately.
Failure to return gifts with purchases may result in a deduction of their value from your final refund.
How can I cancel my order?
Email hello@raenastones.com as soon as possible. We pack fast, so once it's shipped we can't cancel — but we can help with a return instead.

Is your jewelry waterproof?
Yes. 100% waterproof, sweat-proof, tarnish-resistant. Shower, swim, sleep — never take it off.
Will it turn my skin green?
Never. All pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic. Safe for sensitive skin.
What materials do you use?
316L stainless steel (same grade as Rolex)
14K gold plating (real gold, not spray paint) or Rhodium plating for our silver pieces.

What natural stones do you use?
We use a curated selection of natural stones. Each one is unique — that's how you know it's real. Fakes all look identical.
